    A seasoned professional with 32 years of corporate experience spanning diverse industries, cultures, and geographies, my path has been marked by leading complex transformational initiatives. From team building to navigating organizational change, I've been a steadfast supporter. I've played pivotal roles in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures, steering organizations through the intricacies of change. My journey extends beyond the boardroom, as I've crafted and implemented various initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing organizational performance, culture, and well-being.     I'm Luz, a passionate Argentinian with a deep love for sports. Since my childhood playing hockey, I discovered the joy of problem-solving, especially in the goalie position, where I found the key to winning games. My distinctive value lies in the fusion of my sporting enthusiasm and my ability to creatively address challenges, ensuring victories both on and off the field.

     

    How I got here

    After studying business administration, I entered the corporate world in the Human Resources field. Later on, I founded my own consultancy with the mission of "Changing the world through business." For 15 years, I led the NGO El Desafío, creating conditions and opportunities for youth fighting poverty.
